Who can take part?
Teachers who teach 5th to 9th grade in the canton of Bern and have a total workload of at least 16 lessons per week can take part.
As we also measure stress hormones in the hair, you cannot participate in the study if you
- are pregnant or breastfeeding
- are taking medication containing cortisone
- have less than 3 cm of hair at the back of your head
Your benefits
- Participating teachers can request a detailed insight into their stress profile. We will show them how to prevent risks and strengthen their resources, which will help them stay healthy at work.
- By participating in a study, you can find out more about your hormone balance if you wish. Hormones regulate many important processes in our body. You will receive a free, scientifically sound insight into the interaction of various hormones in your body.
- After completing the study, you will receive an overall summary of your results and a wellness voucher worth CHF 100.
