As part of the longitudinal study BELIMA conducted in Bern, students with and without integrative school measures are being scientifically monitored throughout their educational and career paths.
The aim is to identify the opportunities, risks, and effects of various measures (e.g., support from a special education teacher, reduced individual learning objectives, and accommodations).
The study has been ongoing since 2015, and students have been surveyed at three points in time so far: during primary school (SECABS), during lower secondary education (ChaRisMa), and during upper secondary education (LABIRINT).
In another current research project (RILZCHECK), we are investigating questions relating to the allocation and effects of Reduced Individual Learning Objectives using secondary data from the Northwestern region of Switzerland.
