The Research Program deals with the professionalization of teachers from the beginning of their studies to their entry into the profession and in the later stages of employment. The individual projects deal with career choices, skills development, and the professional understanding of prospective and employed teachers. The aim here is to generate new insights for teacher education and educational practice.
