Lehrpersonen können viel bewirken und haben einen grossen Einfluss auf die kognitive, emotionale und soziale Entwicklung ihrer Schülerinnen und Schüler. Wir untersuchen, wie es Lehrpersonen gelingen kann, tragfähige Lehrer-Schüler-Beziehungen aufzubauen, Peerbeziehungen mitzugestalten und Unterrichtsstörungen durch eine adaptive Unterrichtsgestaltung und Klassenführung vorzubeugen.
